My grandmother is over sixty years old this year.
She is not tall and has a lot of gray hair in her black hair.
She cares about me very much. Every time I go to my grandma’s house, grandma will make a lot of delicious food and give me fruits, drinks, pastries and so on.
However, I think what moved me most about my grandma was when she knitted a sweater for me.
Grandma has to do a lot of housework every day, but no matter how busy she is, she always takes time to knit a sweater for me every year.
Every time my grandma knitted a sweater for me, she had to wear reading glasses.
I thought: Grandma wears reading glasses, so it must be very difficult to knit.
Looking at grandma again, I saw her squinting her eyes, holding the unfinished sweater in her left hand, and holding the knitting needle in her right hand.
Her right hand sometimes moved forward, sometimes moved back, and from time to time she wrapped the wool around the knitting needle.
As she moved, the wool ball danced happily on the ground.
In this way, stitch by stitch, day by day... Grandma will definitely knit the sweater before the weather gets cold.
After knitting, grandma asked me to put it on to see if it fit. If it didn’t fit, grandma would take the time to continue knitting until I fit.
Grandma really cares about me. I love my grandma!
I also want to be like my grandma and know how to care for others.
