Sikouzi Scenic Spot

Sikou Scenic Spot is located in the southeast of Xuanhe Town, zhongwei City, Ningxia, with karst landforms and Danxia landforms as the main attractions, which are 3A-level tourist attractions, top ten honesty scenic spots in Ningxia, Chinese charm scenic spots and Ningxia rock climbing fitness base. Gaomiao Baoan Temple

Zhongwei Gaomiao Temple is located in the north of Zhongwei City. It is built on a high platform connected with the city wall (including Baoan Temple under the high platform). It is said that it was built in the Yongle period of Ming Dynasty (143-1424), and it has been rebuilt by generations. By the Qing Dynasty, it has become a large-scale ancient building complex, showing the style of ancient buildings in Ningxia. It is as famous as the "Wonder of the Desert" and is one of the two major landscapes in Zhongwei.

The grottoes of Shikong Temple were excavated in the Tang Dynasty. According to the historical records "Longyou Jinshi Lu" and "Gansu Xintongzhi", Shikong Temple was named after the temple. When the temple was founded in the Tang Dynasty, the grottoes and statues in the grottoes were all made in the Tang Dynasty. It was an important cultural and religious base on the Silk Road in the Tang Dynasty, and it was acquired in 1961.

There are 13 grottoes in this cave temple, from west to east, they are: Yanguang Cave, Wanfo Cave, Baizi Guanyin Cave, Laojun Cave, Sanqing Cave, Yuhuang Cave, Infinite Cave, Nine Beadless Cave, Caishen Cave, Yaowang Cave, Niangniang Cave, Longwang Cave and Sleeping Buddha Cave.
