1. Put the noodles in a rice cooker, and then steam them in a steamer. After the water is boiled, take out the pot at 10~ 15 and take it out for later use.
2. Slice pork belly, not particularly thin, or pork slices will not be found after steaming; Dice green pepper, slice or shred ginger.
3. Put the sliced meat into a container, add some salt and soy sauce and mix well.
4. Add oil to the rice cooker and stir-fry the meat with shredded ginger.
5. Then add green pepper and stir fry. After a little simmering, add some soy sauce, water and salt and stew for a few minutes.
6. Put the steamed noodles in front into the rice cooker and mix well with chopsticks. It is best to mix them evenly. Basically, all the noodles are stained with light sauce color, and the soup is basically absorbed by the noodles without leaving too much residue.
7. Spread the cage cloth on the cage grate of the rice cooker, spread the evenly stirred noodles on the cage grate, cover the lid tightly, steam it in water, and take it out after 20-30 minutes.
Four suggestions
1。 More soy sauce, salt and water, more vegetable soup, slightly salty and strong sauce color.
2. No cage cloth can be spread evenly with Chinese cabbage leaves.
