The method of making fresh lobster is as follows: Ingredients: 1 fresh lobster, 50ml of wine, a few mushrooms, 1/4 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 5g of white pepper, a little salt, 20g of butter, 80g of cheese.

Method_1. Rinse the fresh lobster and put it into a pot of boiling water. Boil it for 7 minutes. Remove the lobster and put it in ice water to cool down and set aside.
2. When the temperature of the lobster has cooled down, remove the two large pliers of the lobster and the remaining small pliers, cut into the inside with a knife to remove the meat, add the prepared onions, garlic salt and other seasonings and set aside.
