Wuzhi Mao Peach Beef Soup.
Ingredients to be prepared: pork bones, 1 carrot, yam, candied dates, 1 piece of tangerine peel, 20g of beef, five-finger peach, 20g of adzuki beans, and 20g of Cishi.
Place the pork bones in cold water, add ginger and cooking wine and blanch them. Soak the five-finger peach/red bean/cishi for 20 minutes and wash other ingredients. Pour all ingredients into the pot, add water and simmer for 2 hours.
