2. Cut the gelatin into small pieces and soak it in cold water for about 2 minutes.
3. Yogurt (or pure milk)+cheese slices+fine sugar into the pot and stir with low fire until it melts.
4. Add soft bright film.
5. Stir until it melts, and then sieve.
6. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 4 hours before demoulding.
