Carp head stewed with winter melon
Main ingredients:
300g carp head, 200g winter melon
Accessory ingredients:
Adequate amount of cooked peanut oil, appropriate amount of salt
5g chives, 3g white ginger
2g sugar, 3g cooking wine
1g wolfberry
Method:

Tips
Stewed carp must be simmered over low heat and do not add too many condiments. It is best to eat less condiments during pregnancy. This dish is suitable for edema of pregnancy due to spleen deficiency. Wolfberries are used for decoration.
