Several of our children like to eat smoked fish. In the past, there was no refrigerator at home, so the dishes cooked in advance could only be placed in the backyard. If the temperature is low, they can be kept fresh for several days. So when people were unprepared, I secretly took a few pieces to satisfy my desire. Now that I think about it, adults may not know it. They are too lazy to poke for the Chinese New Year.

Nowadays, with the social progress, economic development and numerous benefits, it is becoming more and more common to eat New Year's Eve at home, so you can book a hotel at any time. Convenient and fast, beautiful in appearance, but lacking some homely flavor and fireworks that every household should have. That's a real pity.
