The first class "Be Your Own CEO" is taught by the elegant and intelligent Dean Dong. She is the former dean of Beijing Drucker School of Management and has more than 20 years of business management experience. experience. Teachers Shuoshuo and Liao Rong, who taught the second course "Effective Decision-making" and the third course "Managing Enterprises", are partners who have worked hard to start a business together. At that time, I was serving as the project manager for a company's R&D project. My nearly six years of experience in a state-owned enterprise made me very eager to get confirmation from my leaders and colleagues at work, so as to prove that I was doing the right thing. , so I often reported on some details, only to ask "is it appropriate?", which annoyed the leader who wanted to fully authorize me. After being reminded in class, I gradually saw the cultural differences behind them, and adjusted my way of doing things to be more suitable for the corporate culture and efficient.

Teacher Liao Rong’s introduction to Mr. Drucker aroused my strong interest. Social ecologists, bystanders, etc., made me feel quite interested. What impressed me deeply in these two classes was the actual case revealed by Teacher Yu Hai at the end. Different from the solutions proposed by several of our speaking partners, the real solution is actually more cruel, and the real business environment is indeed not always gentle.

In the seventh class, we happily returned offline and met at the Jianguo Hotel. In the past few years that I have known Sister Mingxia, we usually communicate at offline gatherings. It was the first time I saw her teaching on the podium. To describe it in one word - it moisturizes things silently and is still in a peaceful state. At the same time, it controls the direction of the whole venue in a gentle way and leaves a sufficient platform for everyone to show off. The final graduation ceremony was also full of emotions. I have experienced Jiugongge activities several times. This is the first time that I set aside time for everyone to share stories after breaking the ice, and use Jiugongge to review the lessons.
