For the ancient city, there seems to be a complex in my heart. I always want to set foot on the streets of the ancient city and personally appreciate, feel and smell a distant "breath".
Yongning Ancient City in Yanqing, Beijing was built in the Tang Dynasty, with a history of 1, more than 370 years. It is a place where ancient soldiers stationed troops to defend Gyeonggi. Although the ancient city is small, as an important frontier in ancient times, the commercial trade has been developed since ancient times, and the "Yongning Grand Collection" is still a "grand occasion" in the eyes of the older generation of Yanqing people.
The North Street of Yongning Ancient City is not long, and there are many shops on both sides, among which snacks and gourmet shops are the majority. Jade Emperor Pavilion is the most striking building on the main street. Although it was rebuilt, its grandeur is still an outstanding representative of ancient buildings in the north.
Huoshao and Tofu are the most distinctive local delicacies in Yongning, two kinds of snacks, with obvious cultural imprints of guarding the border and stationing troops. The raw materials are cheap, the preparation is simple, the taste is good, the inclusiveness is strong, and the requirements of different tastes can be met. In ancient times, the fire spoon became the best dry food to carry.
When I arrived at Yongning ancient city, I felt the cold bricks and strolled through the ancient street. The sound of tinker soldiers screaming and killing seemed to be still in my ears.
The ups and downs of the past have turned into dust, and only exquisite culture and customs have flowed for thousands of years.
