The Taste of the Central Plains in Xinxian County is a documentary about Henan local cuisine directed by Wang Chongmao and Hai Jinxing. Due to the need of program production, the crew of this column came to Xinxian County, the most famous place of Camellia oleifera in Xinyang City, Henan Province, and filmed a program of Camellia oleifera in minority areas. The program premiered in Chinese mainland on 202 1 and 1, with 40 episodes in total.
