The time defined in yuan dynasty history is 127 1 to 1368, which spans 97 years. If we are more relaxed, it will be 85 years from the demise of the Southern Song Dynasty (1279) to the closure of the King of Wu by Zhu Yuanzhang (1364).
Zhang Sanfeng is well known, so I won't say much, but it's really difficult to test his date of birth and death. Fortunately, in addition to the vague Zhang Sanfeng, there are the following people.
Leng Qian was a Taoist priest in the early Ming Dynasty. It is said that he was over 100 years old at the end of Yuan Dynasty, and only died in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty, which must be a time span from Southern Song Dynasty to Ming Dynasty. Leng Qian is both a Taoist and a musician. He has a lot of experience in qigong and fitness, and the book Sixteen Laws of Qin Sheng has been handed down to this day.
Huang was a famous painter and Taoist priest at the end of Yuan Dynasty, and he wrote Fuchun. He barely lived from the Southern Song Dynasty to the early Ming Dynasty, because he was born in 1269, which is no problem, and died in 1354. By the time he died, Zhu Yuanzhang had joined the Rebel Army. 1356, Zhu Yuanzhang was promoted to Duke of Wu.
Jia Ming, a gourmet in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, lived about (1269~ 1374). He once exchanged ideas with Zhu Yuanzhang on how to maintain health and live a long life, and the book "Dietary Instructions" has been preserved to this day.
Zhou Shouyi, a native of Kunshan, is said to have lived from the late Southern Song Dynasty to the early Ming Dynasty at the age of 100.
According to Wang Yi's inscription on drinking in rural areas, in the sixth year of Hongwu, Suzhou Prefecture held a drinking ceremony in rural areas, and Wei Guan, the county magistrate, invited Zhou Shouyi, an old man of Kunshan 1 10, to attend. According to Yu Tang's Preface to Rural Drinking Ceremony, in the 12th year of Hongwu, a rural drinking ceremony was held in Kunshan County, and Li Wuyi, the grain chief, also invited Zhou Shouyi.
Rural drinking ceremony is a ceremony to maintain the order of grass-roots communities in Confucian etiquette system. The local government brings people together, invites people with high age and virtue as guests, arranges seats according to their age, and holds banquets according to etiquette. Through this ceremony, people will be trained to respect the elderly and have virtue. It is obviously very appropriate to invite a centenarian to sit in the main seat on this occasion.
There are also many people in Zhou Shouyi's descendants who live long. His sixth grandson, Sun Zhouzhen, passed the Jinshi examination and built a "Shishoutang" at home to commemorate this event. He also invited celebrities to write articles and inscriptions to commemorate it. Among them, the celebrity Shen Lu mentioned that Zhou Shouyi was born in the Song Dynasty and died in the Ming Dynasty:
After three generations, Song lost the innocence of the world, and Yuan Xing was the most important. Oh! How fast it is to save a century-old clan society from a strong bow and a strong horse without forbidding an old man to sit and watch his descendants collapse! If it is made public, how strange it is to slap China's gift in order to return the day when the Lord of China took over China!
In Shen Lu's view, the establishment of the Ming Dynasty meant the revival of "Huaxia". Zhou Shouyi was a witness to the historical process of the Song Dynasty's extinction of the Ming Dynasty, while the rural drinking ceremony was a "China ceremony". Zhou Shouyi was very lucky to attend the rural drinking ceremony, which is a symbol of China's rejuvenation.
Thanks to the efforts of his descendant Zhou Zhen, Zhou Shouyi's reputation soared. There is even a legend that he once met Ming Taizu. It is said that Mao asked him what is the secret of keeping in good health, and he replied, "I am pure in heart and lack of desire." He sang "Wu Ge" for Mao: "When the bright moon shines, a few people are happy and a few people are sad. Several couples have the same account, and several people are scattered in other States. " However, there was no record of this incident at that time, and I'm afraid it was an additional legend for later generations.
Wang Zhen (127 1- 1368) was a native of Dongping (now Dongping, Shandong) in the Yuan Dynasty. China ancient agronomist, agricultural mechanic and Taoist scholar. Some books record the year of his death as 1368, which is probably a mistake. The actual year of his death still needs further confirmation, but he must have known that the Yuan Dynasty was about to die when he died.
Zhou Deqing (1277- 1365). Gao 'an, Jiangxi, was a writer of Sanqu in Yuan Dynasty, and his masterpiece Rhyme of the Central Plains. When he was born, the Yuan Army had just breached Lin 'an and was heading south. At the time of his death, Zhu Yuanzhang had lived in the south of the Yangtze River.
In the Ming Dynasty's Linhuai County Records (now Bengbu), there is a chapter about centenarians:
Zhang Maocai, whose real name is Gong Xiu, is from Linhuai County. Born in the year of Kai Qing Yuan (Song Lizong, 1259). When you were young, your family was poor, and you studied well. Kind and generous, respect the village. The Song Dynasty perished, and I tasted the taste of being a county soldier. When Yuanren came, the county magistrate ran away in fear, so it was all right. Yuan is eleven years old and in his nineties. At first, he was old and couldn't speak at first, but three years later he recovered, which was very strange for his fellow villagers. In the second year of Hongwu (1369), there were thousands of runners.
