Homemade Snow Meiniang

Original Snow Meiniang Skin

How to make Snow Meiniang Skin:

Durian filling
400g durian meat, 300g light cream, 50g powdered sugar. Puree the durian meat, sift, add powdered sugar, stir-fry over low heat to dry out the water, refrigerate, whip the light cream into yogurt-like form. , add durian paste and stir evenly.
Snow Mei Niang Assembly
Weigh about 30g of skin, shape it into a round shape, put it into the Snow Mei Niang mold, squeeze in cream (flat with the mold) and put fruit or other fillings , squeeze another layer of cream to cover it, wrap it well, cut off the excess skin, and put it into the box.
