Moqi is an autonomous banner under the jurisdiction of Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is located in the easternmost part of Hulunbeier City, in the middle of the eastern foot of Daxing 'anling Mountain and on the west bank of Nenjiang River. Moqi borders Oroqen Autonomous Banner in the north, Arong Banner and gannan county in Heilongjiang Province in the west and south, and Nenjiang County in Heilongjiang Province across the river in the east.
