1. The Xinjiang Buckle Bowl is made of fried pork belly with various seasonings and steamed. It tastes fragrant but not greasy, and it is a signature dish of Shanghongju.
2. Xinjiang hot pot is also called fire bowl. Boiled, steamed, fried and stewed braised pork, crispy meat, Ma Lian, ribs, fried meatballs, vermicelli, kelp, tofu, Chinese cabbage and other dishes are spread in copper hot pot layer by layer, poured with broth, and eaten while cooking with charcoal as fuel.
3. Hua Mo, also known as Mianhua, was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 28 and exhibited at the Shanghai World Expo in 21. Hua Mo is a must-eat dish for Shanghaoju.
