What are the differences between risotto, baked rice, rice bowl, bibimbap and fried rice?
Baked rice: Most oils are heavy. The food is placed in an airtight container or tin foil, and then placed in the oven. When cooked, the rice grains are usually hard and very oily
Rice bowl: The rice is ready-made, not boiled, but steamed, and the dishes usually use dishes with more sauces, such as roast beef and pork ribs. Wait for the soup to be cooked, and then pour it directly on top of the white rice
Bibimbap: It is basically the same as baked rice, except that when making it, you put the casserole directly on the fire
Fried rice: overnight rice plus vegetables, stir-fried in a wok
