Ingredients: 1 pitaya?
Accessories: 5g of sugar and 5ml of lemon honey
1. Prepare pitaya, peel off the raised sepals, wash and dry the water.
2. Divide the pitaya into four parts, remove the pulp and leave the peel.
3. Cut the peel into strips and 5CM wide.
4. Sprinkle white sugar evenly and mix evenly.
5. Add honey and mix well.
6. The blended pitaya skin silk can be bottled, sealed and preserved, and can be eaten after a week of pickling.
