Method: First, open the software, create the database in the pop-up dialog box, and then click the SQL view menu to create it.

Detailed steps:

1. Open Access and select Blank Database to create a database.

2. Then in the pop-up dialog box, specify the storage directory and name of the database file. And click the Create button to create the database.

3. For the newly created database, as shown in the figure, a table named Table 1 will be created by default, and you can see that there is a menu named create on the interface. Click the menu.

4. Click the "Create" menu to get the interface as shown in the figure, and select "Query Design" in this interface.

5. See a SQL View menu at the top of the interface, and select it. You can use SQL statements to create databases and tables.
