Hello everyone, my name is Chuyi. I share the kitchen delicacies that I can learn in one go. Welcome to communicate and enhance each other.
Glazed eggplant may not sound familiar, but it tastes crispy and sweet, like a restaurant.
The sweet and crisp glazed eggplant tastes sweet but not greasy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The method is not as difficult as you might think. Kitchen novices can also try it boldly. Let’s see how it is done!
Ingredients required: 2 eggplants, 1 egg, corn starch, white sesame seeds, white sugar, white vinegar. Preparation steps: Step 1: Wash the eggplants, cut off the heads and tails and peel them, then cut them into strips and put them in a basin;
Add water and a little white vinegar to the basin, wash and remove the eggplants and drain the water. Finally, add a little cornstarch and stir evenly so that each eggplant strip is coated with starch. Step 2: Prepare a large bowl and beat it into the bowl.
One egg, beat the egg thoroughly; then add an appropriate amount of cornstarch and stir with chopsticks until it becomes a thick batter (the final state is like salad dressing).
Add a little more cooking oil and mix well. Step 3: Pour the prepared batter into the eggplant and mix well so that each eggplant strip is coated with batter. Heat the pot and add oil. The oil temperature should be 50%.
When hot, add the eggplant strips and stir slightly with a spoon so that the eggplant is evenly heated.
