Duck blood can be fried deliciously in the following ways:

Rinse the duck blood with water and cut into small pieces.

Heat the oil pan and pour in the duck blood clots.

Sprinkle in minced garlic, appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine.

Add a little water and boil for five minutes.

Sprinkle in chopped green onion and serve.
