Ashigara tea: produced in Hakone and the foothills of Tanzawa Mountain. After the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1912, an industrial revitalization strategy was implemented. According to the survey report that "the climate conditions in the mountains are most suitable for the cultivation of tea trees," the whole village unanimously decided to introduce the cultivation of tea, which was the origin of Ashigara tea. Ashigara tea has been awarded the "First Prize in the National Tea Tasting Competition" and was selected into the "Top 100 Specialty Products of Kanagawa".

Ashigara Satsuma Mandarin: Ashigara Kamikoriyayama Kitata is the origin of Satsuma Mandarin.

Odawara Fish Sauce Chikuwa: Made with fresh fish meat, its characteristic is that it is fan-shaped when served on the plate.

Kamakura Carving: A lacquer carving technique in which patterns are carved on wood and then coated with lacquer. During the Kamakura period, that is, the Song Dynasty of China, monk Kang Yun learned from the red flowers and green leaves (a type of "pile of vermilion") introduced by Chen Heqing of the Song Dynasty to make Buddha statues, which was the beginning of Kamakura sculpture.

Yosegi marquetry: It is a traditional handicraft that can be seen in souvenir shops in Hakone and overseas. It has a history of 200 years. It is a combination of traditional Japanese geometric patterns-stripes, Ichimatsu, gauze type, Hemp leaves, arrow feather roots, blue sea waves, etc. are put together one by one to form a beautiful pattern. It makes full use of the different colors of various woods and inlays them to achieve the effect of "matching colors with wood". At the Hakone Long Distance Relay held every New Year, the winning team is awarded a trophy of Yosegi Craftsmanship.
