1. Vietnamese red wine

Vietnamese red wine is a special product of Shaoxing. According to the traditional technology of Shaoxing old wine, it is combined with the high-quality Shaoxing daughter red rice wine prepared by modern advanced technology. The origin of Vietnamese red wine is Dongguan Town, Shangyu City, Zhejiang Province. Historical awards include winning the title of high-quality products of the province and the Ministry of Light Industry in 1984, and winning the Silver Cup Award in the Liquor Competition of the Ministry of Light Industry. In 1987, he won the special prize of the first national yellow rice wine festival in Shanghai.

2. Lianghu Shuimo Rice Cake

Lianghu Shuimo Rice Cake is produced in Lianghu, Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, and is a traditional specialty in Shangyu District. It has a long history of production and was once a tribute to Empress Dowager Cixi. During the Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, Lianghu rice cakes were famous for their smoothness, tenderness, softness and delicacy, and were exported to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo and other places.

Three thousand pieces of Songxia mold

One thousand pieces of Songxia mold is a specialty of Shangyu in our city, which has a long history of production and has been famous as early as 211 years ago. It is said that there was a "Cai Wancheng Water Workshop" in Songxia Town in the Qing Dynasty, and thousands of moldy pieces were once praised as "exotic dishes" by the palace.

4. Kuili in Shangyu

Kuili in Shangyu is a kind of chestnut, which is called "Kuili" because of its large grain size. It is distributed in 31 towns in Shangyu, especially in Lingnan, Chenxi, Xiaguan, Qingtan and Fubi.
