When you come out of the train station, it's just across the road. Take bus 58 or 86 (that is, from east to west), cross the road (from west to east) and take bus 50. They are all direct buses.

The time is about the same, about 40 minutes during peak hours and about 30 minutes during normal times. An hour plus the waiting time for the bus is enough.

Generally, there are seats on Route 58 at the train station, but the route is roundabout, and Route 50 is faster.

You can weigh it yourself. I mostly take bus 50 when I go home.
