Jiepai Town is a town-level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Hengyang County, Hunan Province.

Jiepai Town guards the north gate of Hengyang County, gets the aura of Nanyue Hengshan Mountain, receives the blessing of Shengshou, and enjoys abundant resources, abundant people, and outstanding people.

The town is famous for its rich production of porcelain clay and porcelain. The "China Jie Pai" brand is world-renowned. In 1994, it was selected as one of the top 100 towns in Hunan Province.

It is known as the "Porcelain Capital of Southern Hunan".

It guards the north gate of Hengyang County and is adjacent to Hengshan County in the east. The town governs Yinxi, Jiepai, Tongsheng, Panlong, Huping, Fengling, Jiangjunmiao, Lotus, Qixingtan, Zuoji, Shiji, and Sujia

There are 25 administrative villages and 6 community neighborhood committees in Long, ***sheng, Tianma, Guoqing, Shibi, Baixiang, Xiangshan, Taogong, Jiejiang, Shangta, Pingtian, Liangdong, Changche and Gaoshan.
