Film Review of Gourmet Police (1): Aspects of Japanese Diet
This film shows the audience the daily traditional diet culture of Yamato people in Japan from all angles, from staple food to dessert. As can be seen from the film, many diets in China have also absorbed a lot of essence from the rapid development of capitalism. At the same time, with the flow of logistics and capital, more authentic Japanese food has also been introduced, which is tasted and loved by food lovers.
Buddha Jiro Sato, uncle Yoichi Nukumizu, plus the director and three sisters in the dessert department, each episode shows us the development, change, invariability, exquisiteness and care of Japanese food from a complete introduction angle. We really don't have the ingenuity of this kind of food, but we only have rough imitation and plagiarism, simplification and quantification. In the history of food, others keep digging up the potential of food, maintaining the chefs and food manufacturers. To say that this spirit of reserve and exculpatory is also reflected in many other places of Yamato in Japan. Looking back at our diet, what can be reserved, Beijing roast duck? Is it Goubuli steamed stuffed bun? Is it a road roll? Is it Nanxiang steamed buns? Is it roast goose? I don't think so. Admittedly, we have also made innovations and changes, such as the fluffy green ball produced by Shanghai Xinghualou in recent two years, but in terms of exquisiteness and Excellence, it is relatively insufficient.
As a foodie, if watching The Lonely Gourmet is relaxing, then I think the Gourmet Police is a dynamic Japanese food documentary.
I'm sure if it's a real foodie, I'll like this film.

Film review of" Gourmet Interpol Lihua "(3): I didn't like it at first, but now the more I watch it, the more exciting it is
First of all, the actors don't know much, only know Yoichi Nukumizu. I've heard of the setting that Tomomi Kasai
thought he would be a lonely gourmet before watching the first episode
I didn't expect that it was not a short story in one store
but an episode of TV with countless foods in countless stores
It felt like an advertisement when I first watched it, but it was boring
Now it's getting more and more interesting
Each episode produces a food theme around a case. Through the embodiment of the title of the play (canned food, potato chips, mustard wheat noodles, etc.)
List and compare many shops and products around this theme. Analyze their advantages
Finally solve the case through the clue of food
Lihua Interpol's famous saying is "I just want to talk about food"
In the second half of each episode, there are transvestites, Takehara's predecessors introduced fast food chain stores
At the end of the film, there is a dessert tasting column of Ganwei Department (Dessert Department)
Those who want to travel in depth in Japan should collect it. It can be regarded as
ep1 main line "Debate on Mustard Wheat Noodle Fast Food Restaurant"+Udon's Viscera Cuisine in Yamada+Cafe Dessert
ep2 main line "Bagged Lamian Noodles Search Line"+Udon's Viscera Covered Rice in Yamada+dessert in an old-fashioned foreign fruit shop
ep3 main line "Canned Big Debate"+Mongolian noodle soup+pudding available around
. Spicy tomato and clam+gentle wind dessert
ep5 main line "Nagoya Food Surrounding Network"+Wangjiang No.1 Restaurant of dumplings+Nagoya dessert
ep6 main line "Potato chip dispute"+Wangjiang Bagan Restaurant of dumplings+Kanna Mori guest appearance (Yuko Matsumoto in seal it with a kiss 2113)

ep9 Main Line" Emergency Deployment of Chinese Food Chain Store "+Breakfast in Tempura Store+Tokyo Dim Sum Kingdom
After watching several TV episodes, it seems that I have a deeper understanding of Japanese snacks, canned food, curry, instant noodles and chain restaurants
I am going to travel to Japan soon
Thanks to the help of Food Interpol. I feel that eating in a restaurant is more directional.
. S. I like the opening song soul food very much (thankfully, the title of the song is written in English)
But I don't know who sang it (written in katakana, the key is to spell it out)
I also like bossa nova music when I eat. The music style when eating is close to that of The Lonely Gourmet
Film Review of Gourmet Police (4): In those years, the fourth episode of instant noodles that accompanied me
introduced many instant noodles, and I (off-screen) took this opportunity to nag about the instant noodles that accompanied me in those years.
It may be hard for some people to imagine what instant noodles will be delicious, but for me, it still occupies a place in my heart.
When I was a child, my father worked in a flour mill in Shenzhen. When he came home during the Spring Festival, he would bring back instant noodles made from flour from their factory, box by box. Tear open the packaging bag, soak the flour cake in boiling water, and then add the seasoning bag, which smells great. Taste the noodles and the faint oily smell fills your mouth. There are several flavors that Dad takes home every time. The most impressive one is a kind of sesame oil wrapped separately, which is torn and sprinkled on the soaked noodles. The oil flowers are rendered on the noodle soup and spread into the air, which makes people have an excellent appetite. When I grew up, I realized that this brand was the first one, and those with sesame oil were their classic tastes.
A little older. When I was in primary school, it became popular for Master Kong to braise beef noodles in soy sauce. A bowl of noodles was soaked, and I competed with my cousins, one bite for each other. Later, the snack bar around the school would sell raccoon noodles, and it was popular to collect small cards with gifts for a while. Until junior high school, I really liked instant noodles.
after junior high school, maybe the taste has changed, or maybe instant noodles are no longer rare, and I eat a lot less.
Then, when I was in Grade Two or Grade Three, I often studied until midnight, so I would have the courage to cook a packet of instant noodles alone in the kitchen with flickering lights, add a ham sausage, and then sit in the dining room with windows on three sides and eat it alone. When I was eating, the window was endless and dark, and I was not afraid, but the steaming noodles in my hand made me feel less worried.
After going to college, one of my roommates has a like-minded sister who also likes to eat instant noodles. When we are too lazy to go to the canteen, we will choose to eat instant noodles, so that we can watch cartoons and TV dramas while eating. Every time we go to the supermarket, we try to choose as many flavors as possible. After eating, we should also comment on various tastes and rank them. Influenced by her, I like the spicy taste of Master Kong, but I don't eat it in blisters, but I dry mix it after filtering. Therefore, long before Master Kong launched the dry noodle series, we had already fallen in love with this way of eating. Some people think dry mix is greasy, because all the spices are added. In addition, in the refreshing series, I like the taste of fresh shrimp fish plate and chicken mushroom. I am so happy every time I eat a large piece of fish plate, and I have to deliberately pick it out for my roommate to see. During this period, Sichuan introduced a lot of convenient vermicelli, white and bright, and preferred fatty sausage and hot and sour taste. I can't remember how many instant noodles I ate in college, but that time was really unforgettable.
Later, after smelling the smell of instant noodles by train, I heard a lot about the dangers of instant noodles, so I ate less. I ate it several times in a semester, but I fell in love with new tastes, such as kimchi flavor of Xin ramen and UFO mixed noodles in Nissin.
after work, I occasionally miss the taste of instant noodles, but I don't want to buy five packs as before. I just buy one pack in Master Kong's spicy and spicy ramen and Nissin. This is to grow up and satisfy yourself in moderation, for the sake of health and for the sake of making the taste last longer.
: I gave four stars to this drama, because it introduces affordable food for the people. These delicacies can be found everywhere in the streets and convenience stores. Although, looking at advertisements, I also like to watch such food advertisements. When I saw it, I thought, if I go to Japan, I must try these.
