Cattle and sheep manure is used as the main material, with crushed granules, vegetable cakes, wheat bran or weeds and other ingredients, and the water content, ventilation and carbon-nitrogen ratio are adjusted. The proportion of materials used is 1 ton of cow dung plus 50- 100 kg of ingredients. Legionella liquid (Feidasheng @ Miaojuntuan) was prepared, and 4 kg diluent was prepared according to the ratio of 2:2: 1000kg. The specific preparation method is as follows: firstly, 2 kg of nutrient (MP companion) is dissolved in a small amount of hot water at 60 degrees Celsius, then cold water is added to cool it to 30-35 degrees Celsius, 2 kg of milk fat is poured in, and enough water is added to stir evenly.
Pour the bacterial liquid obtained in the last step into100-150kg of water, mix 1t cow dung raw materials and ingredients evenly, directly pile them on the ground or in a fermentor (tank), spray the bacterial liquid, stir evenly, control the water content to 40-50%, and perform aerobic fermentation for several days until the feed temperature reaches 40. Generally, the fermentation time is 20-25 days in spring and autumn, 15-20 days in summer and 25-30 days in winter. The optimum environmental temperature for fermentation is 25-35℃.
