Eat breakfast: Many people do not have the habit of eating breakfast.
Some of them claim they don’t have time, or think eating breakfast makes people fat.
This approach and view are wrong.
Based on data and research results provided by Harvard University, it is proven that people who eat breakfast regularly are 50% less likely to be obese than those who do not eat breakfast.
