Unexpectedly, he accidentally knocked over the oil tank on the chopping board, and all the sesame oil in the tank spilled on the noodles, so he simply mixed the noodles and sesame oil evenly. Early the next morning, he went out to sell the noodles. He put the noodles dried the night before into a boiling water pot and boiled them, then took them out, and mixed them with vinegar, peanut butter and other condiments. The customer ate them with relish and asked him what noodles they were. He blurted out, "This is called dry mixed noodles." Nowadays, the dry mixed noodles are cooked in a pot with strong tree-alkali noodles and fresh braised trotters. According to legend, a salt worker was hungry and cold in a salt field along the coast of Zhangzhou long ago, but he stole a chicken. When I heard that the word cat porridge was not from Zhangzhou people, I must have thought it was porridge made of cat meat, but it wasn't. Cat porridge means porridge eaten by cats. Cat porridge is sweet and delicious, and everyone who has eaten it will fall in love with it. As for why the porridge eaten by cats is given to people? There are at least three "legends" about cat porridge, which also contain touching love intentions:
First, it is said that during the Qing Dynasty, there was an official family in Zhao 'an City, with a strict grandmother and a dozen sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and grandchildren, all of whom obeyed the family education and dared not overstep the rules, just like a family style. After the eldest grandson got married, the new daughter-in-law went down to the kitchen three days after she passed the door and cooked the whole family's meals by herself, but she could only eat the leftovers from her family's meals under the kitchen.
The eldest grandson couldn't bear to let his beloved wife be wronged for a long time, and ate the leftovers for three meals, so he came up with a clever plan: he bought some kittens to raise. Every day after dinner, I always use the excuse of "cat porridge" to cook fresh and delicious meals for my newly married wife with fish, shrimp, meat and other dishes.
On one occasion, as soon as the eldest grandson cooked fresh and delicious porridge and put it on the table, the old lady came into the kitchen to check it out, and asked her grandson what he was doing in the kitchen with a surprised face. The eldest grandson cleverly replied, "Make cat porridge and mix the leftovers for the cat." Because there are indeed a few cats in the family, the old lady believes it. Because it takes time to make "cat porridge", fresh ingredients and rice are rinsed with boiling soup, and with good ingredients, it is sweet and palatable. Second, at the end of the Southern Song Dynasty, Lin 'an, the capital city, fell to Hangzhou today, and the little emperor Zhao Bing and the left and right prime ministers Lu Xiufu and Chen Yizhong were hunted down by the Yuan Army and fled south to the coastal areas of southern Fujian. One day, the food they brought with them was exhausted, and the monarch and the minister were hungry. The left and right prime ministers took turns carrying the little emperor to a large family in the fishing village to beg for food.
The rich man saw that it was a few beggars with dusty faces, so he made porridge out of the leftovers he was going to feed the cat after dinner and gave them alms. Several people are hungry, so they immediately gulp down the porridge. Later, they fled south to settle down in Yashan, Guangdong Province. When they talked about that unforgettable escape experience, they remembered that delicious porridge. However, the chef around the emperor could not make such porridge. Later, the chef had a brainwave and sailed back to the fishing village where the emperor begged for food and learned how to make this porridge. Soon, Cliff Mountain was also captured by the Yuan Army, and the monarch and his subjects died and fled. The chef also sneaked back to his hometown of Minnan, and from then on he started to run a cat porridge with an exclusive flavor. < P > Third, there is another saying that someone who works as a chef in a wealthy family secretly makes porridge with the scraps of fish left in the kitchen to help the pregnant women at home. He didn't want to be caught by his owner, so he lied that what he was cooking was cat food, and the owner was skeptical. Since then, this porridge has spread.

Mix half-fat and half-lean pork strips, chopped onion, chopped water chestnuts, shrimp skin and other raw materials with appropriate amount of spiced powder, sugar and shrimp oil, add sweet potato powder and water, and stir them evenly into a paste, then roll them into a round strip with a diameter of about one inch with tofu bag, and fry them in an exothermic oil pan.
