Jieguanting Community was established in September, 20 10. Its jurisdiction covers Dayang Road in the east, Renmin Street in the south, Kuocang Road in the west and the foot of Baiyun Mountain in the north, with a jurisdiction area of 1.26 square kilometers. There are two villages in the city, namely Lighthouse Village and Chengbei Village.

There are 6 co-construction units, including China Mobile Company, Liandu Foreign Language School, Baiyunshan Ecological Forest Farm, Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, Lishui Vocational and Technical College, Jinlong Group and Special Squadron of Lishui Fire Brigade.

There are Baiyun Mountain Garden, Shanshui Jiayuan, Jieguanting Community, Xingheyuan and Lingyun Garden, 5 closed residential communities, Lighthouse Industrial Zone, Jieguanting District 2, Lighthouse Village 3, Sanliting, Liyang Kengkou House Number and Chengbei East District, and 6 open residential communities. At present, the resident population is 877 1 person, with a total population of 23,863, and the registered population is 132 1 person, with a total population of 3,303.

Jieguanting Community is located in Jieguanting Community of Houfu Road (Nankang District), which was planned and developed by Jiangxi Xincheng Construction and Development Co., Ltd. and completed in 2000. Five buildings are about 13 1 household, and there is no elevator.
