1. After cleaning the fish pieces, put them in a large bowl, add ginger, garlic, salt, light soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate for more than half an hour.

2. Prepare some green peppers and cut them into shreds or small pieces. The green peppers I use are slightly spicy. This makes it more flavorful and goes well with the meal.

3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, put the marinated fish pieces in and fry for a while. When the fish pieces change color, turn over and continue to fry the other side. After frying both sides, add appropriate amount of boiling water.

4. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook slowly until the juice is reduced. Add the green pepper segments before the juice is almost dried up. After the fire is ready to collect the juice, it is ready to be plated. After taking it out of the pan, garnish with chives and it's ready to serve.

Generally, for braised fish, I will choose grass carp cubes, or use skinned fish to braise. Of course, some sea fish can also be braised, but for sea fish, you need to add some sauce, so children will not like to eat it. Maybe it’s because children don’t like to eat food with too much seasoning, but because of this habit, children increasingly dislike eating out, let alone takeout. The braised fish nuggets I made are not crumbly and tasty, and my husband and daughter love them!
