Meat Pillar, Apple and Peanut Scone
Although it looks a bit plain, it is really delicious than expected.
30g whole wheat flour, 6g cinnamon powder, 6g zero-calorie sugar (sugar substitute), 2g baking powder, mix dry ingredients evenly, add wet ingredients, 15g original granular peanut butter, apple puree 40 grams (peeled and steamed apples, pressed into mud with small particles), stir and press to form a ball, do not knead too much, place on oil paper to shape, cut one half and cover the other half, fold and press like this 3-4 times, divide into two pieces, preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
It is soft and not choking, fragrant and sweet. Whole wheat glutinous rice oil, vegan and delicious, a low-calorie afternoon tea.
