1, northwest corner
Venue: Exit C, northwest corner of Tianjin subway station
It's super famous here, and I'm here for it. It is just a street of breakfast shops, and it is one of those special authentic breakfast shops in Tianjin.
I eat a lot, and the most popular one is Erjie Fried Cake (2.5 yuan/Kuai), which is an authentic old-fashioned fried cake. They are on sale now, especially when they are just out of the pot. It's really golden and crisp. Outside is glutinous rice, inside is red bean paste or osmanthus or black sesame. Super delicious. I will eat one as usual. I like black sesame best, and the price is cheap. I'm afraid it won't taste good when it gets cold, so I dare not buy more. In addition, her candied twist (2 yuan/strip) and snowballing usury (10 yuan/box) are all made by authentic methods, and they are old shops for many years.
I don't know if this one is right or wrong, because when I strolled in, I found another Dinky, which sells almost the same things. I bought a big cake+a flower roll+an egg =5.5 yuan. The flower roll contains bean sprouts and sesame sauce (and fermented bean curd, but I didn't eat it, so I didn't put it). It's full of sesame sauce, which is quite delicious. My friends and I will be half, otherwise my stomach will be full.
There is also Ergu steamed stuffed bun, which is very famous. It is said to be better than Goubuli steamed stuffed bun, so I came to eat it. It's an old shop, too. It's on sale now. After waiting in line for an hour, I finally got it. I bought three traditional pork buns, which cost 65,438+00 yuan, and two signature Jinmen vegetarian buns, which cost 5 yuan. There are plenty of ingredients, especially the kind with meat stuffing. It sells two.
And Chai Ji breakfast shop. I waited for about 40 minutes and bought a Gaba dish, that is, I cut the pancakes into strips and drenched them with marinade, fermented bean curd and mahjong. My friend insisted on trying fermented bean curd, so I picked up a handful of mahjong and took a bite. It's a little uncomfortable, but it's delicious to see others eating.
There is also his old tofu, mainly tofu, supplemented by pot-stewed taste. Tofu is especially tender and delicious. One of us ordered old tofu, and the others ordered noodles tea, which was better than Beijing's. It feels more delicate, like mashed potatoes, as well as sesame salt and sesame paste. The taste is fuller, and it is worthy of being an old shop.
There is also a Wang Sangu meat pie. To tell the truth, when we arrived here, it was almost noon, and we couldn't say it was breakfast. When we had lunch, 25 yuan ate a meat pie, which was crispy and oily. It's really delicious, and the amount is still very large and sufficient.
2. Honghuli
Location: Honghu South Road, Hongqiao District, Tianjin
I always painted in Honghu Lake in Tianjin in the northwest corner, and then I came over. This is the snack street of the old-fashioned residential building, which has the feeling of old Tianjin.
The shops here are really early. I thought I was early at seven o'clock, but I had to wait in line when I arrived. I didn't know until I listened to people chatting. Some shops open at half past five.
My friends and I think there is too much pasta here. In order to eat more, we both ordered one and ate together. First of all, Lamian Noodles in Honghu Lake is really delicious with fried tofu. It is said to be tofu, but it is actually like a bean bubble. I'll soak the noodles right away and fill them with soup. It's especially delicious.
Then I went to the old flavor circle of Muslim vegetarian restaurant. This store really has to wait in line, just don't want to eat fermented bean curd, but I have to try it when I come. This is an authentic breakfast in Tianjin, but his eggplant and lotus root cake is quite good, and there is a feeling that everything can be caught in the middle.
There are noodles in Honghu Lake, which are said to have been open for a long time. There is also a primary school nearby, and parents also bring their children to eat, which shows that it is still very clean and hygienic, but we didn't eat it in the morning. I was going to come at noon, but I wandered around and forgot, really.
And Li Ji crispy rice shop. His family has a rice crust, and there are really many people. He waited in line for more than 40 minutes, but he had nothing to say. He also ate his baked tofu, so he was not used to it.
Honghu also has a soup wonton, which has been open for many years. It is made of pure bone soup and is not greasy at all. It also feels greasy, especially fragrant. I really blew her wonton! ! ! ! ! !
3. Xingfuli Street
Location: Xingfuli Avenue, Hongqiao District, Tianjin
This is a typical residential building breakfast, which I went to eat on the last day. I just sat there eating with my grandparents, listening to everyone's chatter, and then I was asked from time to time, so I cooked according to my own taste, and then I responded, feeling as if I had lived here all my life.
I go to Evonne for breakfast. I eat crispy rice and old tofu. The first place I went in was a small table, and everyone gathered around for dinner. Spelling tables is not a problem. It is worth mentioning that crispy rice, mung bean pancake stew, pickles and coriander are all suitable for exclusive use! ! ! Old tofu, just like in the northwest corner and Honghu Lake, is very tender and smooth.
Then I go to eat mung bean pancakes. This shop is called mung bean pancakes, which are sold now. You can directly see mung beans being ground behind the shop. Pancakes can be oiled with strips or fruits. The master said they were called fruit grates (bi four tones), which were crunchy. This is what I asked for. My friend and I ate half of it. The boss is very enthusiastic. He just cut it for us and put it in two bags. It's really delicious, the smell of miscellaneous grains.
There are a lot of steamed stuffed buns and fried dough sticks, and a lot of breakfast, but I just ate these two and left. On the last day, I was in a hurry. I will eat something else next time.
