The method and recipe for making pearl milk tea are as follows: Ingredients: black pearl part, 100g tapioca flour, 40g brown sugar, 70g water, milk tea part, 2 black tea bags (2g each), 100ml purified water, 150-200ml milk, brown sugar pearl part
, 120g pearls, 50g brown sugar, 80g water.
Steps: 1. Weigh the ingredients needed to make pearls.
2. Mix brown sugar and water evenly, heat over low heat until brown sugar melts, and continue to boil.
Then turn off the heat, pour in the tapioca flour, and stir evenly to form a dough.
3. Knead the brown sugar tapioca dough smooth while it is hot, divide into small pieces, roll into long strips, and cut into small sections (cover the remaining brown sugar tapioca dough with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out).
4. Knead the cassava segments into small balls and sprinkle a little cassava flour to prevent sticking.
5. Boil a pot of water, add pearls into the water, and cook for about 10 minutes after they float (adjust the time according to the size of the pearls).
6. Take out the pearls and put them into cold water to prevent the pearls from sticking into a ball and making them more elastic.
7. Boil 100ml of water, put in the black tea bag, cook for a while until it turns brown, take out the tea bag and add 150ml of milk, cook over low heat until the milk bubbles, turn off the heat and let cool.
8. Mix 50g brown sugar and 100ml water and cook until the brown sugar melts and boils.
9. Take out the pearls, drain them and put them into the brown sugar water.
10. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the brown sugar becomes thick and the pearls become darker in color. Turn off the heat and let cool slightly. Set aside.
11. Take a cup, put brown sugar pearls along the wall of the cup so that the brown sugar liquid hangs on the cup wall, pour in the brewed milk tea, and drink.
