Article 7; In the construction of comprehensive service facilities in rural communities, the construction of nursery institutions should be considered as a whole. Article 8; Support employers to provide welfare care services for employees in the workplace by means of holding them alone or jointly with other units, which can be opened to nearby residents if conditions permit. Article 9; Encourage the construction and improvement of nursery institutions in industrial gathering areas and employers with dense employment groups through market-oriented methods and various forms such as public-run and private-run and private-run assistance. Health care personnel shall pass the training of health care professional knowledge organized by maternal and child health care institutions. Security personnel shall obtain the Security Officer Certificate issued by the public security organ and be stationed by the security company that has obtained the Security Service License of the public security organ. Article 19; Nursery institutions generally set up three classes: infant classes (6-12 months, less than 1 students), small kindergartens (12-24 months, less than 15 students) and large kindergartens (24-36 months, less than 2 students). Chapter iv; Article 16 of conservation management; Nursery institutions should scientifically and reasonably arrange the life of infants and children, and do a good job in services such as eating, drinking, feeding, going to the toilet, washing, cleaning, sleeping, putting on and taking off clothes, and playing games. Article 17; Nursery institutions should adapt to feeding, scientifically formulate recipes, and ensure the dietary balance of infants and young children. If there are special feeding needs, the guardian of the infant shall provide a written explanation. Article 18; Nursery institutions shall ensure that the daily outdoor activities of infants and young children are not less than 2 hours, which can be adjusted as appropriate in cold and hot seasons or special weather conditions. Article 19; Nursery institutions should take games as the main form of activities to promote the all-round development of infants in physical development, movement, language, cognition, emotion and sociality.
