Steps of steamed eggs with pumpkin as supplementary food for infants
Prepare nutritious ingredients, preferably farm eggs.
2. Cut the pumpkin into one third, remove the seeds at the bottom, and separate the yolk from the egg for later use.
3. Add twice as much water to the egg yolk, not too much. Clear water is preferably cold boiled water.
4. Pour the egg yolk liquid into the pumpkin and cover it.
5. Boil the water and put it in the pot for about 15 minutes.
6. The finished product is nutritious. The nutrition in pumpkin is combined with the nutrition in eggs to replenish energy for the baby.
