Cut the sour beans into cubes. Slice sour bamboo shoots. Fungus and day lily are changed into knives. Pour the sour bamboo shoots into the pot and stir-fry. Add a spoonful of chili oil and stir-fry evenly. Pickles are cooked in the same way. Fry the fungus and day lily together in the oil pan. Add a little salt, chicken essence, and chili oil and stir-fry evenly. Fry the peanuts in cold oil until cooked. When the oil is hot, fry the yuba. Soak the snail rice noodles in advance. Remove the cooked vegetables and vermicelli into a bowl. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl. Add braised eggs, duck feet, pig's trotters and other braised flavors into the bowl.
