The recommended recipe for sweet potato puree is as follows:
1. Ingredients for fried sweet potato puree: sweet potato, white sugar, sugared osmanthus.
Method:
1. Steam the sweet potatoes and make them into puree.
2. Put sesame oil in the pot, add mashed sweet potatoes, add sugar, sugar-osmanthus and boiling water, stir-fry over low heat.
3. Stir-fry until the sugar, sugared osmanthus, sweet potato puree, sesame oil, and boiling water are fully blended. Just use a non-stick pan or a non-stick spoon.
2. Yogurt and sweet potato puree
Ingredients: yellow core sweet potato, a box of yogurt.
Method:
1. Steam the sweet potatoes in a pot, peel them and press them into puree. If it feels dry, you can add some milk or light cream. I feel that this yellow-core sweet potato is too soft, so I don't add it.
2. Shape the pressed sweet potato puree. If the shape is not good, you can use plastic wrap, then put it in a small bowl, and then pull it out to form it.
3. Pour yogurt on the sweet potato puree.
4. If you like, you can add some chopped nuts or raisins.
3. Milky Sweet Potato Mashed
Ingredients: About 200g of a medium-sized sweet potato, about 80g of pulp from half a banana, and 200g of milk.
Method:
1. Wash the skin of the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes, and place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper. Cut into pieces as evenly sized as possible.
2. Wrap the plate with plastic wrap and poke a few small holes. Put it in the microwave on high heat for seven or eight minutes.
3. The chopped sweet potato pieces can be easily penetrated with chopsticks, which means they are cooked. Take them out and peel them off while they are hot. Be careful not to burn your hands.
4. Put the sweet potato cubes, bananas and milk into a food processor and mix until fine and smooth.
