In Singapore, shopping malls are built adjacent to many major land stations to provide places for residents nearby to meet their daily needs and provide leisure and entertainment. I live in Choa Chu Kang in the northwest of Singapore. Although this area is not a new town, there are only 1 medium-sized shopping malls Lot1 that can purchase daily necessities and ingredients, but there are not many choices. I was so happy that I came here to report for duty almost every weekend when I learned that Jurong East, which is about three stops away from the underground where I live, was transformed into the land station, and two super-large compound shopping malls and office buildings JEM and Westgate were opened! What makes me most gratified is that I don't need to go all the way to the Japanese supermarket in the city center to buy Japanese ingredients and supplies! Because Westgate has opened Isetan department store, supermarket and Tokyuhands! JEM also opened Uniqlo, Muji Muji and Kinokuniya Jiyiguoya Bookstore. Of course, many international brand stores such as Marks &; Spencers、H& M, Kate Spade, Axarmani Exchange, Victoria Secret, L'OCCITANE, LANEIGE, NIKE, Adidas, etc., as well as the local Robinsion department store with a history of more than 151 years, are also stationed here! Basically, you don't have to go to the big shopping malls in the city to purchase?
Of course, there are also various trendy food shops in JEM and Westgate ~ This article is a record of the Pingyan restaurants I visited, for the reference of friends who are visiting Jurong East for the first time and want to eat in JEM and Westgate *.
* The scenic spots in the Eastern Zhou Valley of Jurong are Jurong Bird Park and Yuhua Garden (Chinese &; Japanese Garden), SINGAPORE SCIENCE CENTRE, Snow City, Tiger Brewery, etc.
