Step 1. Slice the meat.
2. Use the back of a knife to chop loosely.
3. Chop the front and back sides loosely.
4. Put the meat slices in a bowl, and add in order: rice wine, salt, soy sauce, pepper, cumin powder, and dried chili powder.
5. Grip evenly with hands and marinate for 20 minutes.
6. Preheat the electric baking pan and brush it with oil.
(Brush both the upper and lower plates.) 7. Then spread the marinated meat slices neatly on them.
(It smells so good, you can smell it as soon as you put it on.) It will be baked in 8.10 minutes.
9. Arrange the onions and roasted meat on a plate.
