With the development of tourism in Guizhou in recent years, Niupiantang has become more and more famous. This signature dish is found in restaurants and farmhouses in many tourist attractions. Sometimes when there are many people, you have to book in advance to eat.

The so-called beef flat soup is a kind of soup cooked with undigested grass in the belly of cattle. Locals will use it to cook hot pot as well as soup.

Niupiantang is a famous dish in the largest Dong village in southeastern Guizhou, and it is also the highest courtesy for local people to entertain guests. But I stayed in Guizhou for a while, and I really didn't like the beef flat soup. Because it is not like stinky tofu, not only the taste is unacceptable, but also the appearance is far away.
