Bamboo tube rice: Shan Lan rice (a kind of upland rice) and "fragrant rice" with meat are used as raw materials, which are put into a bamboo tube sawed by fresh pink bamboo or mangosteen, and appropriate amount of water is added, and then the mouth of the bamboo tube is blocked with banana leaves, so that green bamboo can be burnt in charcoal fire.
3. Gulaoshui Town in Heshan is well-known, and the most distinctive food is soaked chicken. Near the town of Gulaoshui, villagers started a number of small restaurants with soaked chickens. Because of their unique flavor, more and more diners come here.
