Ingredients: 1 potato, 80g cheese, 1/2 spoon salt, 1 spoon sugar, 1/2 spoon black pepper, 30 ml milk.
1. Peel off the skin of potatoes, wash and cut into large pieces.
2. Put water in the electric pressure cooker, put potato slices in the water and steam them, seal the lid and press the porridge button.
3. When the air valve of the electric pressure cooker automatically drops, pour out the steam water and use a spoon to mash the potatoes while they are still hot.
4. Add fresh milk, sugar, salt and black pepper and stir evenly.
5. Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese on the mashed potatoes, preheat the oven at 190 degrees for 7 minutes, add the potatoes and cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
6. After the cheese is grilled, you can take it out and start eating. If you like the cheese a bit older, bake it for a few more minutes.
