Example: fried chicken with crispy beans and bones
[Ingredients] 250 grams of chicken crispy bones. 500 grams of beans.
[Accessories] Shrimp skin 1 spoon, winter vegetables 1 00g, minced garlic1teaspoon.
[Seasoning] 3g of monosodium glutamate, 3g of chicken essence, 3g of ginger, 5g of onion, 3g of salt 1 g, 3g of vinegar, 5g of cooking wine, 3g of sesame oil and 2g of sugar.
【 Practice 】 Cook the chicken crisp bones first and drain the water for later use.
2. Wash the soybeans and dry them with kitchen paper. Then chop the onion and slice the ginger. Soak the shrimps until soft, and cut them into powder. Wash and chop the winter vegetables.
3. Pour the oil into the pot, add the beans, fry until the skin is slightly wrinkled, and then remove it. Spare.
