● Notopterygium: Notopterygium is a perennial herb of Umbelliferae. Qinghai is one of the three major producing areas of Notopterygium in China, and the quality of silkworm Qiang ranks first in China. Notopterygium incisum likes to be born in alpine shrubs or grass at an altitude of1500-4000m, and its roots can be used as medicine. Indications: wind-cold common cold, cold-heat exterior syndrome. The quality of silkworm Qiang produced by huangnan jianzha is the best.

● Highland barley wine: It is white wine brewed with highland barley as the main raw material. It has a production history of more than 300 years. The folk tradition of making and cooking wine by indigenous methods is called "decanting wine". The brewing of workshop form began in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Shanxi Kewa brought the brewing technology of Xinghua Village to Qinghai, and used local black highland barley as the main raw material, mixed with peas and black oats to brew a unique "Weiyuan soju".
