Sweet, sour, spicy, numb and salty, there are all kinds of delicacies in the world. It’s a dazzling array!
So, what kind of food do you like?
Be it steak, lobster, or abalone.
And my favorite food is unique, it is the famous Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs.
Crabs are covered in helmets and armor, with a pair of large pincers and short but sharp spines as weapons. They travel across rivers, lakes and seas, making some fish and shrimps feel intimidated and run away.
Put it on the glass plate, it will stand upright with eight legs, its pincers are in the air, and its back will be bulging, majestic.
Since the ancestors of mankind ate crabs and found them to be the best delicacies among aquatic products, they began to raise crabs.
Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs have always been called the "King of Crabs".
It has a green back, white belly, yellow hair, and giant claws. After steaming, you can peel out the crab meat, pick out the crab roe, and dip it in crab vinegar. It tastes extremely delicious!
But despite its size and thickness, it is very agile.
Once, my father bought five or six hairy crabs, but one of them was not tied tightly and the rope opened.
I begged my father to put it in a big basin and let me play with it for a while.
Dad had no choice but to agree and repeatedly told him to be careful.
I agreed wholeheartedly and started playing with it.
I poked its back for a while, chased and intercepted it for a while, and knocked it over to the ground. I had a great time!
Suddenly, a scream broke through the silent noon. I angered the crab, and it hit me back with its large claws.
I shook it hard, but it didn't loosen its "hand", but tightened it even more.
I suddenly remembered the rules of survival, so I endured the severe pain and calmed myself down.
The crab "compromised", let go of its big pincers, walked leisurely for a few steps, and was "grabbed" into the pot by my father. However, my hand was swollen like a cherry, and it took two or three days to get down.
