Fried Chili sauce
(1) Sweet noodle sauce 1 kg, tomato sauce, peanut butter, chili sauce, garlic chili sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce 2 kg, purified water 3 kg, beer 1 kg, and mix well for later use.
(2) Heat a wok, add 2kg of cooking oil, sprinkle100g of cumin powder, 30g of allspice powder and 4g of 3A spice when the oil temperature is 40% hot, then pour in the prepared sauce, stir continuously on medium fire until even big bubbles appear on the surface, turn to low heat, add100g of starch water, stir evenly, and then repeat.
