Choose the best sesame as raw material. The equipment is a supporting stone mill, iron pot, water tank, bamboo curtain and wooden shovel.
(2) Production method
Dry sesame seeds and wash them with water and pottery. After sesame seeds are saturated with water, drain the water and spread it on the mat to dry. Pour into the pot and fry until half dry. Gently rub the skin with a wooden pestle and sieve it out. Pour the peeled sesame seeds into the pot and fry them with slow fire until they can be crushed with your fingers. Stir-fried sesame seeds are ground into thin paste with a stone mill, and the fineness is 150- 180 degrees. Finally, the ground product is put into a glass bottle or a jar and sold in a sealed way.
