Steel plate live abalone

Fresh abalone is made into garlic paste. The iron plate is not heated separately but steamed in a container. The whole dish is tender and crispy in texture.

〖Main Ingredients〗600 grams of Dalian abalone and 650 grams of Guangdong loofah.

〖Accessories〗150 grams of millet pepper, 20 grams of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of minced garlic (add salt and MSG to adjust the taste).

〖Seasoning〗Mix 3 grams of oyster sauce, 5 grams of spicy fresh dew, 10 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of Maggi, 3 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of chicken essence to make a special sauce.

〖Method〗 Wash the fresh abalone meat to remove the sediment, cut it with a fine knife, add minced garlic and marinate for about 15 minutes to taste. Cut the loofah into 3cm thick rings, season with minced garlic, steam for about 10 minutes in advance and place on the iron plate.

2. Stuff the delicious abalone into the washed abalone shell, place it on the loofah on the iron plate, pour the special sauce on it and steam it for about 5 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with millet. Add peppercorns and chopped green onion and pour hot oil over it.
