It's really unique that the skin is crisp and soft, and then dipped in tomato sauce.
Ingredients: potato, ham sausage, corn starch.
Exercise:
1. Cut the potatoes, steam them in a pot and press them into mud.
2. Add chopped ham and corn starch in turn and stir well.
3. Squeeze out a circle and press out lines with chopsticks. Brush the front and back with oil, and fry in an air fryer 190℃ for 20 minutes.
