Preparation materials: lean meat, eggs, red dates, salt, raw flour, shredded ginger and chicken essence.
first, the first step is to chop the lean meat into paste with a kitchen knife and set it aside for later use, as shown in the figure below.
second, add a proper amount of salt to the meat paste, and then add a little egg white, raw flour and chicken essence to grab it evenly.
third, put the prepared meat paste into the stew pot, and then knock the eggs into the stew pot, which is the meat paste.
Fourth, immediately fill the stew pot with clear water, and then add some shredded ginger, 2 red dates and salt.
